You are eligible for a refund of your subscription in case there have been service failures or you have a valid concern with Healthie4U which has been reported to our team.
Depending on the plan duration, you may cancel your Member Account within the stipulated timelines from the date of subscription to the Healthie4U Plan. In the event that you cancel your Member Account or the same is suspended or terminated by Healthie4U within the aforesaid period, we shall refund any license or subscription fees as below:
If you have subscribed for more than 1 Month of subscription with us, you will be eligible for a refund within the first 30 Days of your subscription.
Please note that the above charges will be adjusted after deducting a Processing Fee of Rs. 1,500 + GST for India. The refund shall be processed in the manner/mode which is used to subscribe to the Healthie4U Plan within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of cancellation.
